Lithuanian Centre for Inclusion in Education 

The Lithuanian Centre for Inclusion in Education (hereinafter referred to as the Centre) is a national institution established on 1 January 2023. 

The aim of the Centre's activities is to strengthen the effectiveness of the education system by helping the education community to base the education of students with different educational needs on the culture and practice of inclusive education.

THE OBJECTIVES OF THE CENTRE’S ACTIVITIES:

TO HELP EDUCATIONAL COMMUNITIES DEVELOP INCLUSIVE EDUCATION STRATEGIES AND SYSTEMATICALLY IMPLEMENT THEM IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

TO DEVELOP EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE (EXCLUDING VOCATIONAL GUIDANCE) THROUGH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROVISIONS ON INCLUSION IN EDUCATION

TO PROVIDE METHODOLOGICAL ASSISTANCE TO EDUCATIONAL PARTICIPANTS IN IMPROVING THE INCLUSIVE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN WITH VARIOUS EDUCATIONAL NEEDS

TO IMPROVE THE COMPETENCES OF EDUCATION SYSTEM PARTICIPANTS WHICH ARE NECESSARY FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF INCLUSIVE EDUCATION
