TO HELP EDUCATIONAL COMMUNITIES DEVELOP INCLUSIVE EDUCATION STRATEGIES AND SYSTEMATICALLY IMPLEMENT THEM IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS:

– analyzes and systematizes information about innovations in inclusive education of children in Lithuania and other countries, tests them in schools and adapts them, organizes their dissemination in the country's schools; 

– implements advanced practices based on the good practices of foreign countries, providing educational assistance and inclusive education in schools, pedagogical psychological services / educational assistance services; 

– develops and strengthens inter-institutional and international cooperation with domestic and foreign higher education institutions, domestic and international organizations; 

– prepares recommendations for the application of the principle of universal design in schools, methodological material on the adaptation of the physical, informational environment of schools, the organization of education to students with various educational needs and organizes their dissemination.
